I
would choose a topic that is fast food. Why I chose this topic because many
important things that should readers know about this food. Making the fast food
instant indeed but the impact on health is not good. Fast food also has
advantages and disadvantages. One fast food that I will discuss is Hamburger.
Junk
food is the food very tasty, tasty and fun to eat, but the food is not healthy
because it has little nutritional content. If too often consume junk food will
be detrimental to health. Sense of unease generated in these foods can be used
materials - chemicals that are dangerous. It is very tasty when eaten but it
will make us suffer in the future.
Because
the food I chose was Hamburger. So I'll let the material - material and weave.

burger with whole wheat bread, low-fat meat and lots of vegetables. Or also can

Burger

home from work at night. Compared with the cooking that requires more time and
need to go to the supermarket to buy food ingredients, which has ordered the

2. Cost-saving.
A
person who lives alone in an apartment / dorm / home tend to choose to eat fast
food rather than food cooked in the kitchen. Why? Because fast food is cheaper

Indeed,
in this modern era, it is a lifestyle most people everyday spent working so
eating becomes difficult to set up, it triggers a lot of people who choose junk
food or fast food as the menu.
Some
disadvantages of junk food among others :
Contains
a lot of fat. Fat is very harmful for the body because the fat will have the
potential to make the body will experience a prolonged obesity. Obesity is a
major trigger of heart problems and also some other significant health
problems.
Junk
food turned out to contain salt , fat and calories are high , including 70% of
cholesterol and contains little fiber that is very much needed by the body . In
addition to the low nutritional content , junk food also contains preservatives
and adictif substances that make us hooked.
Fast
food contains a lot of fat, sodium, and sugar that has been shown to decrease
bone density. Additionally, junk food is not nutritionally balanced because the
cooking process can not be controlled. Fast food can also contain a lot of
bacteria that cause disease due to storage or processing that is not hygienic.
Many
high fat found in junk food are also influential to increase the risk of
cancer, particularly breast and colon cancer. Junk food also contain sufficient
animal protein 'rich', it can cause delays in the absorption of calcium in the
body. This condition can occur quickly stimulate osteoporosis.
Consuming
junk food generally in line with the soda or cola as a drink. Sodas and colas
